The Town of Noma, Florida, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professional engineering firms to provide continuing professional engineering services pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA).


Services may include water, wastewater, stormwater, roadway, park, and other municipal infrastructure projects, as well as grant application and administration assistance.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS


Sealed bids for the construction of STREET RESURFACING; will be received by the Town of Noma at the Town Hall, 3467 Skipper Avenue; Bonifay, Florida until Friday, November 21, 2025, at 2:00 p. m., and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. This project will be funded by the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program, Grant #23DB-N05.


Principal items of work include the following: the installation of 1,700 tons of asphaltic concrete street resurfacing, 10,500 linear feet of restriping and other miscellaneous items.

NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS and Public Bid Opening


The City of Jacob, FL, in NW Jackson County, will receive sealed bids for construction services for the following project: Jacob City-wide Drainage and Paving (federal/state CDBG-DR M0102 grant funded). This project consists of clearing existing ditches, replacing/installing drainage structures, including approximately 1025 LF of culverts plus associated end sections, as well as up to 1.5 miles of road paving. A 5% bid bond is required. Final completion date for this project will be 210 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be

set at $200.00 per day.
