The district-level success shows that while individual schools like Graceville and Poplar Springs face academic hurdles, the overall support systems in both counties remain strong. Jackson County School District posted on its website, “Superintendent Hunter Nolen and the Jackson County School Board Members are pleased to announce the District’s continued student growth and achievement on state assessments. Overall, we increased 29 points to achieve a District Grade of a B. This is the highest scale score the District has ever received!”
