Graceville School announced that Thomas “Trant” Brown McCallister, son of April and Keith Pelham, is the 2024 Class Valedictorian. The school also announced that the 2024 Class Salutatorian is Keshawn Daniels, son of Jirah Daniels.

Graceville School Valedictorian, Trant McCallister, is graduating with a GPA of 4.5. While at Graceville School, Trant participated in the GHS Tiger Pride Marching Band and Concert Band as well as Varsity Baseball, Cross Country, Senior Beta, Key Club, FFA, Student Government Association, Florida Future Educators of America, and a member of the 2024 Mattox MOD Squad. After graduating, he plans to attend Chipola College to finish earning his Associates in Science before transferring to Florida State University to earn his bachelor’s degree in Social Work with the final goal to become a child protective investigator to help all kids in society who need help out of unfortunate circumstances. He finished noting that he had spent his entire senior year as an early admit student at Chipola College and wanted to “say thank you especially to my sister, Hope McCallister, for pushing me to early admit and helping me whenever I needed help with any assignment. And to my mom for always being there to support and cheer me on even when I don’t believe in myself. Without both of y’all I don’t think I would be able to say that I am the Graceville Class of 2024 Valedictorian.”
Graceville School Salutatorian, Keshawn Daniels will be graduating with a GPA of 4.29. While at Graceville School, Keshawn was involved in FFA and Beta Club as well as Cross Country, Track & Field, and Baseball. He was also the 2023 West Florida Electric Youth Tour Winner. He plans to continue his education at Chipola College where he intends to earn his degree with the ultimate goal to become a Physical Therapist. He finished, “I’m thankful for everything that I have learned and been taught at Graceville High School. And thank you to all the faculty and staff that supported me along the way.”
