Vendor Registration has started for the Graceville Harvest Festival

The 40th Annual Graceville Harvest Festival its just over a month away with this year’s festival being held on Saturday, October 21, 2023. This year’s festival will include free activities, arts and crafts vendors, food of all varieties and the biggest car show in the area with more than 200 automobiles. There will also be live entertainment beginning at 9:30 AM and lasting throughout the day.
Graceville Harvest Day Sponsorships are available for those wishing to help make the festival a success. Donate any dollar amount as a sponsor and receive recognition on the festival website and Facebook. A $100 sponsorship includes the business or individual’s name on the Festival website, Facebook, and the 5K t-shirt. A $250 sponsorship includes the business or individual’s name on the Festival website, Facebook, and the 5K t-shirt as well as sponsored advertising. A $500 sponsorship includes the business or individual’s name on all Festival sponsored advertising, the Festival website, Facebook, and the 5K t-shirt as well as a free booth space. A $1000 sponsorship includes the business or individual’s name on all Festival sponsored advertising, the Festival website, Facebook, and the 5K t-shirt as well as a free booth space and the individual or business will be recognized throughout the Festival. Sponsorship deadline is September 29 to be included on the Festival T-shirt.
Vendor booths are also available for those wishing to attend to promote, sell, or fundraise. The cost of a booth is $40 which includes a 15 foot by 15 foot space. Electricity is available at an additional $20 cost and direct water hook up is also available for an additional cost of $20. No generators are allowed and all booths are subject to approval by the Graceville Harvest Festival Day Committee.
The Graceville Harvest Festival Rain Out Policy notes that if the vendor booth is setting up while raining, then the vendor will not receive a refund. If the booth is set up and it begins to rain than the vendor may receive a refund up until 9:00 AM. After 9:00 AM there will be no refunds. It is also noted in the application that the event will not be rescheduled if it is rained out. Booths are asked to be set up by 8:30 AM on October 21 and to not be broken down until 3:00 PM.
