Campbellton Men's Club Plans Back To School Giveaway Event

The Campbellton Men’s Club invites everyone in the community to join them for their annual back-to-school giveaway event. The organization will have over 300 backpacks full of school supplies that will be given away to the local kindergarten through twelfth grade students, while supplies last.

St. Paul AME Church of Campbellton has come together with the Campbellton Men’s Club to make sure this event is a success. St. Paul AME Church has generously donated enough school supplies to make sure each backpack comes equipped with everything students will need to succeed during the upcoming school year. Special recognition of the AME congregation included mentions of Pastor Melenda T. Smith, stewards Dexter Gilbert Protem, Secretary Brenda Britt, Larry Collins, Roney Robinson, and Yvonne Olds for their contributions.

The event will take place on Sunday, August 6 at 4:00 PM, at the Campbellton Browntown Development Council, Inc. located at Browntown Park at 5270 Parkview Road in Graceville.
