A lifelong resident of Holmes County, “Tad” is proud to call this community home. As a 1981 graduate of Holmes County High School, Tad has deep roots in the local school system and a strong commitment to its continued success.

Tad has been married to his wife Patricia for 44 years, and together they have raised two fine young men who also graduated from Holmes County High School. Tad is blessed with two wonderful daughter in-laws, and is now the proud grandparent of eight grandchildren—with one more on the way—who attend Holmes County schools. With multiple generations of family educated in the local system, he understands firsthand the importance of strong schools, dedicated teachers, and a supportive community.

For more than 35 years, Tad has faithfully worked with children and youth at West Bonifay Baptist Church, mentoring and guiding young people. In addition, he has served as Music Director for over 40 years, demonstrating long-term leadership, dedication, and a heart for service.

Now retired, Tad is eager to devote more time and energy to supporting and strengthening Holmes County schools. With lifelong ties to the community, a passion for children, and decades of service, Tad is committed to helping ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.
